The Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan Hotel – Las Vegas, Nevada

The Cosmopolitan Hotel is everything you could want in a Vegas hotel.  Over the top yet it remains elegant.  Ropes of crystal beads sparkle like diamonds just about everywhere you look.  Many of the rooms have terraces and are super spacious.  It’s ultra-hip, ultra-modern, and luxurious.  It’s also just plain fun and creative which puts it in a class all its own.

I loved how normal everyday people looked so comfortable while hanging out down the rabbit hole.

So, let’s talk about food.

Inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas is The Wicked Spoon.

Rarely does The Wicked Spoon not make a Top Buffets in Vegas list.  Comparable to Bacchanal at Ceasar’s Palace and The Buffet at The Wynn, The Wicked Spoon has much to offer.

Here was my favorite of the brunch offerings.

The drinks have fun names.

These Blintzes were out of this world.  I feared I was going to eat them all.  I feared the employees would for years speak of the legend of the girl that ate all the champagne raspberry blintzes at the buffet.  They made more until they ran out of ingredients.  She ate them all.

But, I was cool about it and had just 2.

I even got some healthy going on.

I know people love their eggs and these were flying off the chef’s tray.

The presentation never got ugly or seemed picked over.

Even what seemed to be a simple choice, made you feel a little fancier for eating it.

I am a big fan of cool bathrooms with nice soap and this one outside the restaurant did not disappoint.

Many restaurants call The Cosmopolitan home.  Here is a couple I saw on the 2nd level while I was wandering.

If you are in the Cosmopolitan around dinnertime, consider making a reservation for Rose.  Rabbit.  Lie.  More of an experience than a meal, I have heard nothing but raves from anyone that has ever attended.  It is on my FOODIE BUCKET LIST.
